Daily Sweat! ZWOW #5 & Treadmill Intervals

After what seems like forever, I was finally able to make it to the gym for a nice long sweat session! Here are the details…

Cardio: Treadmill, 35 minutes, intervals

Weight/Resistance training: Zuzka Light’s ZWOW #5, 3 rounds (bicep curl/shoulder press, 6kg; sumo dead lift, 10kg) + Zuzana’s challenge: 15 pistols on each leg!!
